Hi all
I experienced random drop outs on my previously really stable Google Nest 3 pack set up so I opted for the Nest Pro 3 pack.
Set up is via a Virgin Media Superhub in Modem mode and never had any issues with it prior.
New set up was easy, kept the same SSID etc and all sorted.
So I thought.
I’m a big Xbox gamer playing DMZ and Destiny 2.
After the new Nest set up, I now can’t connect to COD DMZ, it can’t find the network even tho the Xb is connected to the google Nest.
Plus I can’t use the VOIP system, Party Chat, in Xbox at all. Just says ‘connecting’ and then kicks me out of the party join process.
All settings as standard - not messed with anything so far.
Any help massively appreciated

Hello Dcnavas,
Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. To confirm, aside from your Xbox, are other devices able to connect and access the Internet when connected to your Nest Wifi Pro system?
Regards,
Abi

Hey thanks for the update and reply.
All other devices are fine. I found the issue last night also so will close this off. QoS settings were ‘On’ on the Xbox. It seemed it was limiting packets or prioritising the wrong ones?

Hey Dcnavas,
Awesome — glad to hear that your issue is fixed. If you have any specific settings you'd like to clarify for your Xbox, I suggest reaching out to them for help as well. It looks like we can consider this one complete, so I will lock the thread shortly unless I can help out with anything else.
Best,
Abi
