Google Nest Router Blocking JUST My Website

Has anyone had an issue with the nest router block just one specific website? My website (which is a wordpress blog) is blocked (it times out without giving me access). I CAN access it if I log off wifi. Anyone outside of my household can access it too. Spectrum is saying that it's a router issue because they are not blocking my IP address and GoDaddy (my hosting) is saying they are doing nothing on their end to block my access. It's quite bizarre. Any assistance or advice would help. I have restarted my router a billion times as well as my modem. Should I do a factory reset of the modem? Again. Appreciate any help.

• When did the issue start?
• Can you access it if you connect to your Google Wifi's guest network?
• Have you tried accessing it using a different device or browser?
