Wifi points not connecting. I get this message: "Your nest wifi point was setup successful, but cannot be found. Make sure your mobile device and nest wifi point are on the same wifi network. Turn off AP isolation, if AP isolation is on your wifi router, you'll need to disable it."
I contacted my ISP to help resolve this issue, however was unsuccessful. We have factory reset the router and wifi points multiples times, and re-setup in the Google home app multiple times. We are not sure where the issue is. My ISP has sent an loan wifi point to see if the wifi points are faulty. However, can I get some assistance please?
