My internet speeds got bad, so I decided to do a factory reset. In the Home app, when I clicked on the device it wouldn’t let me remove it, so I removed the whole room. Now it’s telling me I need to factory reset the network, but I can’t access the router device in the app to do a factory reset. Please help!

You'll need to use the physical factory reset button on the device(s).
