Google Nest Router Won't Connect to Modem.

I have had my google nest router for about 2 years. Everything has always worked pretty great. Woke up three days ago and nothing was working.. Reset Router and Modem.. Still nothing.. Factory reset on router and still won't connect. Had Spectrum(ISP) out yesterday and Modem is working fine and they connected one of their routers and it works. Any suggestions on how to get my Nest Router to work again??

Hey, aquick2913.

Sorry to hear about the issues you've seeing. We've actually have a number of reports from Spectrum users. We're not sure where the issue lies exactly, but it's something we're looking into and I'll report back when more is known about the issue. I know it's frustrating and I'm sorry for that.
