I've been having streaming slowing/buffering and speed tests come out as 0/500 for a 500mbps symmetrical fiber connection. I called the ISP today and they tested everything good and I was able to directly connect to their equipment to run a speed test from the Netflix test at over my purchased speed package. When running on wireless I get all most the 500/500 but when streaming in my Roku sound bar it still buffers a whole lot. This started on Friday 7/28. I have factory reset my Google Nest mesh to no avail. The firmware is 14150.376.32 on router.

I'm not sure if it was my ISP or what but it's working as of this morning again.
