Google Nest Wifi Point

I have a Google Nest Wifi point. I have been using it perfectly on my network and needed to do a reset. Unfortunately I do not have the QR code, serial number or the old box. Is there anyway I can add it back to my network?

Step 1 turn the wifi point over

Step 2 look for the setup code right where you plug in the power cord.

that’s it

Thanks very much. I have checked but there is nothing there. Considering opening the unit....

It’s not inside the unit.  The activation code is on the bottom plate right near the power cord plug

It’s there, use the flashlight and magnifying glass app on your phone it is 1000 percent there.  I even just verified on my devices

Once again thanks for your time but mine does not have anything. I remember when I bought it there was a QR code but my son ripped it off. Ive used a torch and zoomed in but there is nothing

post a photo of the bottom plate right at the plug

Hey, WilsonOtu.

I'm just getting a look at the pictures you provided. Did you remove a rubber piece from the bottom of your point? There should be gray rubber on the bottom of your point, and it seems as if it's missing entirely from your pictures. Did you disassemble any part from the point?

Thanks.

Done. I removed the black base thinking the serial number might be underneath

Did you find it?

Nope

Hi, everyone.
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.

Hi Jeff I tried responding via the email I received but just realised it did not send. I removed the plastic at the bottom of the device thinking I might find a serial number there. Unfortunately there was nothing there. I have not opened the device.

At this point I've resigned myself to the fact that it's unlikely I will be able to use the device again and hopefully will purchase another one in the near future
