Hi,
I've tried for two days now to setup my mesh-network through the Google Home App on iPhone 14 Pro. It will not connect to my two additional APs to setup the mesh-network.
First round in the initialsetup after the first router is configured, it just throws:
googlemac_iphone_home_wifi_operations_impl_impl.pollforcompletionoperationimpl-error 0
On the second one, after that all attempts to configure the other two routers(APs) fail.
I've tried:
* resetting/uninstalling/reinstalling the Google Home App
* Resetting/rebooting the main router.
* Hitting the tiny button on the bottom of the other two APs.
Also have a very hard time getting the QR-code to read from my iPhone. Successful only 1 out of 10 times. Frustrating.

No, I sold my Google Mesh to a buddy who has an Android phone. Worked like a sharm at his house. 😞

Just bought a 3 pack Nest Pro myself. Google never warned that they've had this issue for a couple of years without being able to fix it - or that Android is needed for setup. And then they are just scrambling in the forum here too.
Same issue for me as with many others. Primary router is easy. Adding more points, only error messages and WiFi dropping while it is trying to prepare the mesh.
Tried all suggestions. Tried bunch of resets. Close proximity etc. No dice. Should not be this complicated. I had Nest (not Pro) with 4 access points until today. Never any problems with setup or operations.

Has anyone tried "double NAT" setup with Nest WiFi Pro as a router with mesh-points behind an Altibox/ISP router also running in router-mode? I've not been able to test it out myself, and I was wondering if that could be a working solution until the primary issue is fixed?

Anyone tried the new firmware (1.63.327820) and tester if this one solves the issue with Altibox?
I've so far just received 1.63.327820 on the router, while my mesh-points still runs 1.63.324946. Haven't been able to test a factory reset yet, to see if the mesh-points will receive the new firmware then, and if this solves the issue. Anyone else tried this?

I haven't received that update yet. Any release notes on what it does? If I get it I will try to factory reset and switch my points around so both get it. I don't think there is any issue with Altibox. This is all on Google.

No release notes yet, they would appeared here:

Hey Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out. I have still not gotten the new update and am still unable to create a mesh network. Do you have any idea when I might get to try the update? Thanks.

Hi Jeff,
Sorry for not posting earlier. I did eventually receive the update. I had to factory reset a bunch and switch the points around so that both got the update while plugged into the router, but after that everything works and I was even able to set them up using my iPhone.
Thanks
