I have been trying for two days, I keep getting the same error at the begining while trying to set up the router before I set up the other 2 units.
The error message is connection failed, it seems to be not connecting to the exiting wifi? any ideas?

Sorry for the delay on getting to you on this and for the frustration and difficulty you've had setting up the products. I just wanted to check in and see if you still needed help here or to see if you were able to get it figured out. Also, if it's still unresolved, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? If you still need help, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you get this worked out.
