After 1.5 years with this same home wireless setup (with no issues) I had to reset my Nest Wifi router via the google home app last night. It never came back online.
After had to call the google services line (866) 281-3017 and they gave me this router api. http://192.168.84.1/api/v1/status
and blamed the Spectrum for the issue saying I needed to call them to whitelist my ip.
My modem provided by Spectrum is getting service. I'm currrently hardwired into the modem for connection.
I've reinstalled the google home app, rebooted all network hardware (router and modem).
I can connect to the router via iphone setup but the Router doens't have an IP address (verified by the API .. has a key named ipaddress: false)
anyone else have this issue?

When you factory reset Nest Wifi, it must be set up from scratch again.
Do you get an IP address and internet access if connecting a PC to the modem? What sort of IP; a local one, or a global/ public one? If the first you're likely running double NAT, which is not recommended as it can cause strange issues like this. More on that:
