Google Nest router cant create Mesh Network after factroy reset

Hi,

I was having a problem with one of the nest points which was unable to join the network even after factroy reset a few times. 

Read online resetting the router should fix it, it did the factory reset on the router unit but now it fails to create a mesh network. It goes from "Creating wifi network" to something went wrong everytime. Was on call with google support for 2hr tried all sorts of things couldn't get it to create a mesh network.

The router is working on its default wifi that is printerd under it, but fails to create a mesh netwrok each time.

I’m currently having the same or similar issue, while attempting to create a mesh network I receive the following error =  (googlemac iPhone Home Wifi Operations Impl Impl.PollForCompletionOperationImpl
error O.

I cannot seem to locate any helpful information.

Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with getting your network set back up. You mentioned that you tried troubleshooting with support. Would you be able to share what you tried that was not successful? Do you also happen to have a case ID so I can reference your interactions with them?
