My two Google Nest WiFi devices will no longer connect via Ethernet to my modem.
I am able to join the device to my phone via the home app and it says Connected. But when I try to connect the Nest router to the modem and the internet it says Connection Failed.
I have factory reset by pressing on the device button for 12 seconds and reloaded the app. But no remedy.
I have also tested the Nest wifi router on a different modem and network and the same problem exists.
I have changed cords but no help.
Other devices can connect to the internet via the same Ethernet ports so the problem seems to be the Google Nest wifi router device and it’s point partner.
Could I get advice please.
