The WiFi usage gauge is at best inaccurate. We need this to be accurate to counter the incessant and abusive alerts for over-usage from the internet service providers. The latter have embarked into blatant, super aggressive antics to overcharge when one is in a usage-capped subscription. I am certain that Cox is deliberately inflating the usage. In fact, I proved it to them and they credited me back. I disconnected for a day all devices exceed my iPhone for WiFi calls. Well, they still show a crazy usage number. All my usage devices are WiFi. Bottom line: I need your help in understanding if your reports are accurate. WiFi->Devices->Real time or 1 day or 7 das or 30 days. Your calculations are misleading. That is a problem as I can’t counter Cox’s antics without an accurate gauge of my Google WiFi devices.

Left out: I have called Google Support +1-650-253-0000 and, when the bot told me I would be connected with a representative. I have so far been on hold listening to this crazy music for 1 hour, 23 minutes and still holding. I don't care how busy you are. Establish a call back feature so that you can do your things, I can continue doing my work waiting for you to call me back.

That's it. I am hanging up after 1:26:03 waiting. Disappointed does come close to express how I feel. Your support is really bad. I have try your chat bot and they are useless.

Hey RomanBeater,
Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. Sorry to hear about your experience. To confirm, are you getting the reports about your data usage from a third-party app or on the Google Home app? Also, please fill out this form with all the needed information then let me know once done.
Cheers,
Muddi

It is Google Home (G Nest) that I am referring to. It is at best inaccurate. I need it to be accurate. How can you help me?
