Google Wifi Showing Offline but im connected

My wifi seems to be connected but can go off and on with connections on certain devices.  I have 1gb download and 400 mb/s upload fiber internet.  I've restarted in the app and turned off all routers and points.  The are showing offline but some devices still get great internet.

I get a unable to communicate with network prompt when trying to restart my wifi network but my phone is connected to the wifi.  Speedtest.net indicates I am receiving speeds of being connected.

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I’m sorry to hear that some of your devices are experiencing an offline signal; however, other devices are still receiving a strong connection from your Google WiFi router. Help’s here!

To better investigate the inconvenience, I’d like to ask the following:

• Do you use a modem and router combo?
• What’s the color of the light on the parent point? Does the device LED switch from orange to teal (or white) continuously?
• How far are the devices from the primary point?
• Is there a switch on the network?
• How far are the WiFi points from each other?
