I moved into a new place and I had to change my internet connection so I did a factory reset to all my pucks. After setting up the network, One puck has been unable to connect to a wired connection and everytime it turns on; it displays the blinking blue light, then the fixed blue light and finally the white light. Assuming it's updating, it takes 10 minutes to turn on. This happens everytime. I have tried the factory reset from the app and the hard reset button, yet it keeps doing the same thing. I know the ethernet wall socket is providing connection as I have connected my laptop and it works. Any suggestions....

Hey, Morpheus2709.
Out of curiosity, have you tried reaching out to support on this? I can consult with an internal team, but I was curious if you had any contact with support so far. Let me know if you have and if they have suggested anything to you.
Thanks.

Hi Jeff,
Actually I didn't get in touch with the support team. If you could consult with an internal team and let me know it would be great. Thank you.

Hey, Morpheus2709.
I'm still awaiting an answer on this, but I wanted to touch base to see if this was still happening with the continual updates. If so, let me know.
Thanks.

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for the follow-ups. Yes anytime I turn on the router or it restarts, it goes thru the process of the blinking blue lights then the slow pulsing blue lights for about 7 to 8 minutes before the light turns to White. Assuming that means it's doing a software update each time. This is still prevelant.

Hey, Morpheus2709.
Have you reached out to support to see if they can diagnose whether or not there's a specific hardware failure on your device? I'm curious if you might have a faulty unit somehow.
