My wifi information showed on my home app including password, devices, speed, etc. It is no longer showing up there. Where do I find that information?

First make sure you're logged into the Google Home home with the same Google account that set up the Nest Wifi network originally.
• If you don't remember which Google account or you don't manage to log into it anymore; use a different Google account or create a new one and go to the LAST RESORT section.
• One Google account can be associated with multiple Google Home homes, make sure you've selected the correct one.
If you're sure you're logged into the Google Home app with the correct Google account, but still don't see the Nest Wifi network: Try to uninstall the Google Home app, reinstall it and log in. If that did not help either go to LAST RESORT.
LAST RESORT
Last resort is to factory reset all Nest Wifi units using the physical button:

Then set up the network from scratch using the Google Home app:

If you reuse the same network name (SSID) and password, your devices should reconnect automagically.
