Everytime I load up this certain game the WiFi points randomly start glowing yellow every 5-10 minutes and I can’t fix it.

Hi, Mywifisucks! Hahaha. Well, a yellow light on a Google Wifi point usually indicates a network error or a loss of internet connectivity. Since this only happens when you play a certain game, it's less likely to be a general internet outage.
You should check the range of the points to make sure nothing is interfering. Sometimes, when a point is too far out of range, it can't repeat the signal correctly. It could also be that your Google Wi-Fi isn't sending the signal correctly, or it could be that your modem is having issues.
Or sometimes people connect a modem, a router (doesn't matter the brand), Google Wifi, and Google Wifi points, and that creates a problem since the modem needs to connect directly to the Google Wifi system, and the points extend that network.
In any case, you should check if other devices on your network are heavily using the internet when you're gaming, as this could potentially impact the connection and indicate that your network doesn't have enough bandwidth to handle the data you need.
I recommend reading this link and trying the necessary steps to keep it stable.
