I have had Google nest for about 6 months. It was fine for a couple of months but now drops out at least every second day requiring reset. My internet is ‘blazing fast’. I am in a 3 story terrace with nests in lower 2 levels (I’m not bothered about the top level). I have 2 nests, one in the second level and one on the lower level and the base one that attaches to the modem is at the opposite end of the lower level to the nest down there. I have reset the entire nest with no discernible improvement. After reading previous complaints I am not optimistic about finding a solution. Can you recommend a wifi extender that will work seamlessly with Google nest without requiring complicated set up. I assume that will assist. I use internet for TV and IOS and Microsoft products, if that’s relevant.

Hi LizC1,
That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Which Google/Nest router are we working with? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet on your modem?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps, or please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
Also, you can give these steps a try:
You may skip any step that you’ve done already.
Let us know how it goes.
