My google nest pro has no sign of power after being unplugged. I unplugged it because it was blocking the outlet above it, ended up plugging back into where it was and now it will not turn on at all even though it's been working perfectly fine, I just unplugged it and re-plugged it in and the light will not turn on?! What can I do? I tried holding down the button on the bottom to reset and still no light is showing up. Has this happened to anyone else? Please help!

It could be either the power adapter, or the unit itself. Do you have more than one Nest Wifi Pro? Then you could try with a different power adapter to troubleshoot.
Unfortunately Google does not sell replacement power adapters, and the power adapter for Nest Wifi Pro is a bit uncommon.
Either way, I'd ask for a new power adapter or unit from where you bought it, depending on what your troubleshooting finds out and how long you've owned the unit.
I also escalated the thread in hope of Google support stepping in to help here.
I don't work for Google.

Hi LexS,
We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Nest Wifi Pro 6E power. For us to isolate further, kindly answer the following:
- What's the status of the light on the Wifi device? (if ever it comes up when plugged in)
- Status lights help indicate the issue and point you to the right troubleshooting article.
- Are the Wifi points plugged into a power outlet? How about trying other outlets?
- Is the light turned off in the Google Home app?
- Does the setup SSID broadcast?
- What sort of activity did the network experience when the issue occurred?
- Was there a power outage at the time the incident occurred?
- Do you have any network security devices, such as a firewall, or have specific settings on your network?
- Has your Wifi network experienced any issues in the past?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks for helping, olavrb!
Best,
Dan
