I have a series of puck (4) used to spread wi/fi throughout our house. The latest addition was purchased in Sept 2022 via Amazon and installed as wired (not via wifi repeater in my office. At some point in the last 30 days it stopped powering. This was just discovered today. I moved the power adapter to another puck and it worked. I took the power adapter from the working puck and plugged in this unit with no result. So it is not a power adapter issue. I tried to reset using the reset button with no result. I contacted Amazon but I was beyond the return date. I tried to process a warranty claim via the google website but was unsuccessful. I am not certain when it ceased to work but has only been in service for a maximum of 4 months as it was not installed until Thanksgiving 2022. I am seeking a replacement. Please advise how to proceed.
