Google tv (Hisense U8H) Chromecast 4k and nest video doorbell can't connect to my nest wifi

After a blackout, google tv (Hisense U8H) Chromecast 4k and nest video doorbell can't connect to my nest wifi network. All other devices work fine. The weirdest part, Netflix does work on the Hisense TV, all the other streaming platforms say that there is not internet. Does anyone have an idea on a solution? I have tried: 

Reset wifi network

Reset each device

Please try changing your Wi-Fi password and see if that will re-establish connection with your Google TV and Nest Doorbell. Ensure that there are no special characters included in your new password. Here's the guide for more information.
