I have more than 1 users who can manage wifi, how do I know which user paused/unpaused connections to certain devices?

I don't believe this information is available. Managing fine-grained permissions within the scope of a Google Home instance is a long-standing issue, though.

shame that Google doesn’t put in much priority on this product, I personally find the hardware and performance is ideal for my needs but software side leaves a lot to be desired. Guess it is what it is, I don’t know what other help i can expect from the community unless someone knows how to pull low level logs via JTAG or something.

Hey andy-k,

The way the Google and Nest WiFi systems work is to make them true plug-and-play devices. For more advanced users, they might find certain options to be unavailable. What I can do is pass word along to our internal teams that work on these products and make your voice heard internally. I'll pass your comments along.
