One of 4 wifi point is offline with solid blue light. Have gone through multiple troubleshooting steps to no avail: unplugged wifi point, rebooted modem, moved wifi point closer to modem, rebooted Google home app, force stop app (not in same order). As last resort, attempted manually factory reset wifi point, that too failed. Would prefer not to factory reset entire network. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
