Google wifi puck flashing blue rapidly wont connect

I bought the 3 pack in early 2022 and had no issues setting up and connecting all 3 to the home app. Fast forward 4 months and I start having issues like the mesh network disconnecting. Turns out my ISP modem needed replaced. Replaced it and started the process of resetting my google wifi router and points to connect to the new modem. All but 1 connected. The 1 puck will not stop rapidly flashing blue no matter what basic things I've tried. I go through the resetting process but no change, still rapidly flashing blue. I let it do that for 48 hours and no change. Is there anything more advanced that I need to do to fix it? My only option is to exchange it for an overpriced refurbished wifi router so I'd really like to fix this myself if possible.

Also having this issue with newly unboxxed 3 pack. 2 working perfectly, one continually flashing blue even with multiple resets.

Thanks for posting ― let's see what's happening.

 

A few questions:

  • Does the Google Wifi point in question broadcast a setup SSID? You can check by going through your phone’s list of Wi-Fi networks.
  • Did you try setting up your Google Wifi point wirelessly or through a wired connection?
  • What’s the color of the status lights on the other router and points that were set up successfully?
  • How far is the point from the main Google Wifi router?
  • Did you get any message on the Google Home app during setup?
  • Do you have any switches in your network?

Ho anche questo problema con il pacchetto da 3 appena unboxxed. 2 funzionanti perfettamente, uno blu lampeggiante continuo anche con reset multipli.

Chiudete pure, anche se il problema NON è stato risolto. Il mio Google wifi non viene rilevato e non accetta la procedura di reset.
