@dmason1250, I'm checking in to see if your Google Wifi router is still having issues. Are you getting an internet connection from the new Hub 4000? Is the light status on the router solid red or flashing red? Is there any change in the light status when you press the reset button?
Please manually reset your Google Wifi router again and check if the light status turns pulsing blue afterwards. Follow the steps on this support website.

I need you to answer the questions I sent previously so I can determine what your other options are. Let me know the light status on your Google Wifi go back to a pulsing blue after you've reset it and see if your new Hub 4000 is giving an internet connection or not.
