I have just installed a new router can’t get my lights to work

Sorry for the issues you're having getting your lights to work correctly. I can imagine how frustrating it must get to not be able to put these devices on your network. Let's get this sorted out for you.

Before I can help you properly, I do have a few questions.

  • What brand and model of lights are you referring to?
  • Are you using the Google or Nest WiFi network?
  • Do you have any other devices that won't connect to the network, or is it just these lights?

If you can give me a few more details, I'm sure we can get this working for you. I look forward to hearing back. Thanks.
