My printer diagnostic says unable to connect because MAC address filtering is enabled,  where do I  add printer MAC address to allowed devices?

Sorry for the setup difficulty you're having with your printer. I know that few things can be more frustrating than printer issues. Let's see what's going on and get this working for you.

To be able to fully help, I do have a few questions.

• Is this a brand new printer, or did you have it connected before to your network?
• Are any other devices struggling to connect?
• Has this printer been connected to any other networks than this one?
