How do I connect to a Sensi thermostat?

Hello, I am trying to connect my Google WiFi Router to a Sensi WiFi thermostat, model #AC-1304. I have followed the directions provided by Sensi but installation fails with a configuration error. I called Sensi, they provided me with a number of technical setting and asked me to ensure my router was set accordingly. However I can’t get into my router to make these changes using Google Home. Is there another tool I can use?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with connecting your Sensi thermostat to your Google WiFi. I'd love to know more about this. The only way we can change the settings of your Google WIFi is by using the Google Home app. Could you tell us the setting that you want to change?

I am having similar issues with connection. I have setup the Sensi thermostat and connected successfully to my google wifi. When I try to set up the device in Google home i receive a screen to login to the Sensi account. I enter login and password and receive the following error "Missing Authentication Token"

This is within the Google home app
