How do I get help? Need help with this Community and making posts/replies

All - I have tried posting twice about being unable to get to certain URLs.  The second post was because the first post won't allow me to reply...and @lusvin merged the two and I cannot reply once again.  The message I receive says I didn't verify my email address ...but I never received an email asking me to verify it!  I desperately need some help with the issue I'm having getting to the URLs but first I need help with this community?  I cannot find anywhere where I can contact someone for help...any ideas?

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
