How do I reset my Straight Talk mobile hotspot?

I want to know why my straight talk hotspot is not working. I've checked many options to solve my query, but those could have been more helpful. Please guide me through step by step process will be beneficial. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

To reset your Straight Talk mobile hotspot, you can follow these steps:

Power off your device: Hold the power button until you see the "Power off" option, then tap "Power off".

Restart your device: Hold the power button until the device starts, which should take about 15-30 seconds.

Reset the network settings: Go to "Settings", then "General management", and finally "Reset". Tap "Reset network settings". This will erase all saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, as well as reset other network settings to their defaults.

Restart your hotspot: Go to "Settings", then "Connections", and finally "Mobile hotspot and tethering". Turn off the hotspot, then turn it back on.

Connect your device to the hotspot: Connect your device to the hotspot using the Wi-Fi network name and password displayed on your device.

These steps should help reset your Straight Talk mobile hotspot and resolve any issues you may be experiencing. If you still have trouble with your hotspot after performing these steps, please contact Straight Talk customer support for further assistance.
