I have configured a smart network switch with VLAN10 tag so that I don't have to use my IPS's modem and this works perfectly with my Nest Wi-Fi Pro.
However Google say here - https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9798157 - that "If your ISP uses a Google supported tag, and you temporarily use a VLAN-supported router, then once your network is set up and online, Nest Wi-Fi and Google Wi-Fi devices will be able to download an update that allows it to support VLAN tagging" (Google supports VLAN tag values of 2, 7, and 10)
I cannot get this working at all when going from my fibre ONT directly into my Nest Wi-Fi Pro. How do you download this update that enables VLAN tagging to work?
If anyone has successfully got this to work could you please share the steps in which you configured this.
Thanks, Paul 🙂

I haven't managed to get it working either 😞
Like you I have a small smart switch to handle the VLAN duties.
