Hub keeps disconnecting

I have a hib downstairs that disconnects from the mesh and reconnects. I don't understand why this is happening. Anyone have a similar issue?  I'm very tech savvy but can't seem to figure this one out!

To better investigate the inconvenience, I'd like to ask the following:

  • What is the specific model of your hub device?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • Did you see any error message or code on your hub's screen when it disconnected from the mesh network?
  • What is the make and model of your router?
  • Are other devices (phone, tablet, desktop, or laptop) experiencing the same inconvenience with the mesh network?
  • Did you make any changes on the mesh network?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
