I had to purchase a new router and now my Google Nest doesn't work. How do I update it to the new router password (assuming that is the problem). I do not have a cell phone. The system I have was installed by someone else that had a cell phone.
Sorry to hear about your Nest device not working. Thanks for reaching out about how to change settings. Ashepherson gives some good options. Another way you can work around not having an Android device is to borrow one. You would need to log out of any accounts on that device and log into your own. It would obviously be recommended to log back out of your accounts before returning the device.
In the meantime, could you clarify which Nest device you are referring to? Is it your Nest Thermostat, or are we talking about your WiFi network? Let me know a bit more and I'm sure we can figure things out.
