I just can’t get my Google Home mini speaker to work on my CYNC lights on and off

I have a CYNC light bulb to connect and for the life of me I just can’t get it done so I’m just going to ask some questions about how to set up lights on my Google Home app for me to dim light and turn off lights and turn on lights
