I moved nest wont hook up to new wifi

I moved and can't figure out how to get nest to recognize the new WiFi. It keeps telling me to check in the settings. The old app I had said it needed updating. I did that. But still not working

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Google WiFi devices on your new network. It's possible that it's still looking for the old network that it was set up to before. I would suggest resetting them back to the factory defaults and setting them up again like a new device.
