IV BEEN HACKED NEED HELP

Don't know for sure but my network is being controlled by someone or some other entity has taken over my phone and devices. I've ran a check on my devices whe I first installed my self install kit from my isp 5 routers by the name of CTDI CMTX logged on with out my network key and seemed to sign off when I first let my first device onto the wifi. Ever since then total Chaos my devices are all off then on settings are changed suddley I have an administrator on my devices says I belong to an organization. I never gave authorization for anything like that.. ANYONE have any clue to what the he'll is going on with my DEVICES  AND GATE WAY? @Jeff

Sounds like a MoCA PoE (point of entry) filter is what you need, looking at this info:

Ask your ISP, sounds like they did not finish up the installation job properly.
