I'm opening another report of this issue as my Internet downlink has again dropped back to ~90Mbit/s after 16 days of normal operation (during which time the speed was tested at 700-950Mbit/s on a 1000Mbit service).
My initial post regarding this issue is here.
After disabling "Preferred Activities" (Video conferencing..) the issue that I was experiencing reduced in frequency of occurrence from every 24hrs to 16 days.
A power cycle of the Google Nest router resolved the issue. Downlink speeds have returned to 700-950Mbit/s.

Yes, it occurred again after a few days. I've had to power cycle the Nest Router to resolve the issue. I'm happy to provide device serial numbers/etc if required.
