Is anyone at Google out there to ACTUALLY SOLVE PROBLEMS WITH A FLAWED GOOGLE NEST SYSTEM?

I want to know if there is anyone that is actually employed by Google - that actually receives a paycheck from Google working to solve the myriad assortment of problems with the Google Nest Wifi System and accessories. With the utmost respect to everyone in this user community you are all very intelligent and have made fantastic suggestions to try to get this system working but..... nothing works for very long. It seems that Google started this forum to keep the masses of Google end users perpetually hopeful that they are actually being listened to and never has any attention to give users what they paid for. Shame on you Google. 

I have done numerous total system resets and deleted and restarted my home in Google home. I have literally invested close to $1000 buying all of the routers, points, displays, mini and full sized speakers not to mention the Wifi 6 router I bought Thursday so I can actually get some connectivity at home. I wonder if the Google routers have a memory leak over time as thinks are all lollipops and roses for about 72 hours after a full reset then everythings goes to crap. I enjoy good music and it very sad to hear the digital distortion on all of the speakers randomly and intermittently. Oh and the other horrid thing I experience is the points and speakers saying "Hold on while I try to reconnect to WiFi" or "something went wrong - please try again later". 

Mr. Pichai are you going to see that this problem is resolved or are you just going to continue taking our money and giving nothing in return?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Google Wifi. I'd love to know more about this. Are you experiencing issues on all of the devices connected to your Wifi? Also, could you share the speed test result from the Google Home app?

Hi Edward - Mr @dhsewell ’s concerns are exceedingly valid, please help the poor man! He went all in on your ecosystem and it is FAILING him!  He, like so many of us, are at our whits end with the lack of Resolution, information, and attention being offered by Googlers.   His sentiment of being ignored is echoed across these forums, especially in this post regarding unnamed devices building up indefinitely and the lack of control over our home Wi-Fi networks.

Thanks for the response. We don't have any news to share on when the feature to manually edit the device list would be available. Our team is always looking for ways to improve and we'll take this as feedback.
