Is there a fix for the Starlink problem yet?

I found older posts about how Starlink and google mesh just stopped working together but nothing with a solution.
it worked great for a year or so, then all the sudden I go from 160mb/s on starlink but once I hook my nest mesh back up we’re in the mid 20s/sec. I know I’m not the only one who had issues but is there a fix yet?
I don’t know what happened but I wish it would fix itself

Hi BradZ,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing slowdowns with your Nest mesh after connecting it to Starlink.

Starlink and Google mesh can work together, but there can be some compatibility issues that lead to slowdowns or connection problems.

Here are some things you can try:

  • Ensure both your Starlink and Google mesh system are running the latest firmware for potential bug fixes and compatibility improvements.
  • Starlink and some mesh systems can create a double NAT (Network Address Translation) scenario which can affect performance. See if your Google mesh router has a "bridge mode" option. Enabling this might help.
  • Run a 2-minute power cycle: Restarting your router or points can sometimes fix common issues.

Hope this information helps.

Sincerely,

Jonathan
