Is there a way to at least play music without Wi-Fi?

I’ve recently lost my Wi-Fi but I wanted to still listen to music but I could because it had to be connected to the internet to play or even connect for that matter. I feel there should at least be an actual Bluetooth setting allowing that. If there is a way please get back to me, Thank You.

You can set that up, but it requires Wi-Fi and internet for the setup I believe.
