We recently installed a Nest system to enhance wifi across the house. Since doing so, my MacBook won't connect to the apple App store, I can't update Zoom, I can't log in to Microsoft apps (or sync - eg my OneNote files won't sync, can't access Microsoft Teams), I can't update Microsoft apps. But, internet works fine in other ways (can make Zoom calls, stream TV, search web, etc).

If I hotspot to my mobile, all the problems disappear. What do I need to do to make everything work through the nest?

Hey there Erin Loh,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help you. I understand that wifi issues can be confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you.

Since you have tried using a hotspot and that works, but while using the Nest wifi, Zoom and other things seem to work, it points to the issue being within the computer. I would suggest doing a factory reset on the computer or the Nest devices/network to see if that fixes the issue.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
