Yes, you can add another Nest WiFi Router (or a Google WiFi unit) as a point/secondary and use the Ethernet ports on it to connect wired devices via Ethernet. When you set it up in the Google Home app, just make sure to tell the app you're setting up a Point unit, not a Router.
