Hi I keep getting an error message in the best app when trying to run an mesh test. “Error occurred during mesh test” I have followed the instructions in the thread below and I am still receiving this error. Any suggestions?

Hi Kirrb174,
Thanks for posting and trying the steps that Jeff provided on that thread. To isolate the issue, could you try rebooting your Google WiFi devices including your ISP's modem or router before doing the steps that Jeff provided?

I am having the same problem. I have followed the directions in the linked post, and have rebooted our ISP modem. I am still getting the same error code when attempting the mesh test.

I have a quick question about what you're seeing. Are you ever seeing the unknown devices actively connected to the network, or are they only showing up in the history?
