Set up issues

Hey y’all, 

I am having some issues with set up. My google meet WiFi went out and I couldn’t fix it so I had forgotten my Wi-Fi network for a factory reset. I am trying to set it back up but my nest router can’t connect to the internet it says “connect failed.” 
Send help please haha.

Sorry for the delayed response here and for the frustration with the failed setup process. I wanted to jump in and see if you were able to get your setup worked out or if you were still having trouble here. If you are still struggling to get it going, can you let me know whether or not you're performing your setup on Android or iOS? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps so far?
