Migrating Nest with Google account

I need to migrate my Nest account with my Google Home account but I use a work Gmail account so I have to use another Gmail to migrate.  Everything I have right now is using my work address.  

When I migrate and use my other Gmail account do I have to change my Google mesh, doorbells, door locks etc. to the new Gmail address?

If I understand correctly you migrated your Nest account to a Google Workspace account, but you actually want your devices to be associated with the new regular Gmail account you created?
