My Google Nest stopped giving IPs to a PC

I've been google Nest for a year (a router + two points with excellent connection, according to the app) but today, a laptop that was connected to the wifi and working fine, stopped working and only says that it doesn't have Internet connections. According to ifconfig, it doesn't have any IP correctly set, and renew does nothing.
