Sorry to hear about the WiFi connection issues you're having. I imagine that's frustrating to deal with. Let's see how we can get this fixed for you.

To be able to help you, I just need a little bit more info. I have a few questions.

• Are you setting up a new Nest WiFi system, or is this a network you already had running?
• Have you been able to get it to connect previously?
• Do you have another network in place, or is this your only network?
• Do you have Internet service with a modem?
• If you do have a modem, how do you have it connected to your Nest WiFi router?

If you could give me a little more information to go on, I'm sure we can get you online. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.
