My nest router continues to say it can’t connect to wifi but my internet connection is working.

So far I have unplugged my modem, router and all wifi points. I have also reset my router to factory settings.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your WiFi setup. I imagine that's frustrating to deal with. Let's see what we can sort out for you to get this working right.
 
Let me just make sure I understand things correctly. I have a few questions for you.
  • You have an active Internet connection coming in, but your router is not completing setup?
  • Can you let me know how you have things wired up?
If you could let me know a little more about where things are failing or how things look during setup, I'm sure we can figure this one out. Thanks.
