My new Google WiFi shows my Honeywell thermostate are powered but they can't connect

My thermostats are shown as being powered up and usable but there is no way to enter the Network password to get them online.

Any solutions would be appreciated.

Hi Garymenia,

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay ― let's see what's going on.

A few questions: what thermostat model do you have? What can you see on your Nest Thermostat's display? Also, when was the last time your thermostat was working?

Give these steps a try:

  1. Make sure it is connected to the Internet. Check this guide on how to Change Nest thermostat Wi-Fi network.
  2. If unable to connect to your network, factory reset your thermostat.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Mel
