I have Netgear CM2000 Cable Modem connected direct to Xfiniity with 3 unit Nest WIFI Pro in the home (1 on each floor). One unit direct connect to cable modem on 3rd floor with a unit on each floor below. Using google home when I conduct a mesh test it appears to have >800 Mbps down and ~20 Mbps up. When I run a speed test from a device (IOS Laptop, Desktop, or Apple 13 Phone) I get 20 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up?? I am not a network guy, but have better than average computer skills.
Have I missed something in the setup??
Thanks in advance

Hey Joetdaniels,
Thanks for posting — let's see what's going on.
A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? How many devices are dropping from the network? Also, do you have any paused devices?
Give these steps a try:
Let us know how it goes.

Abi

It appears to have corrected itself through an unscheduled system power reset/reboot when we lost power briefly during a recent storm. Thanks for your help.
